Captured by the National Security Agency, Gear, White Bear and Qu-0213 are imprisoned in an extremely cold and desolate facility. Stripped of their freedom, each of the three is forced to confront their personal struggles and the harsh realities of their situation.

Following their failed escape attempt, Gear, White Bear, and Qu-0213 are imprisoned on a secluded island surrounded only by the sea. As they adapt to life behind bars, they unexpectedly cross paths with the assassin Cook siblings.

Gear and his comrades, joined by the assassins and the Resistance, race toward the capital at full speed. However, their path is blocked by the government’s autonomous security system. To make matters worse, the capital’s police forces launch an assault from both the ground and the skies.

After a fierce struggle, Gear, White Bear, and Qu-0213 finally reach the deepest part of the capital’s underground. To destroy the core of the system, they head through a door, eventually arriving in a pitch-black space. A spotlight flickers on, revealing a mysterious figure.
