A modern ghost story that follows the hunt for a vengeful spirit terrorizing an unsuspecting Hasidic community in present-day Jerusalem.

Be'er finds himself entangled in another death investigation in Mea Shearim and enlists the help of Yishai, an old friend. Malki intervenes in a troubling case of suspected abuse involving a girl named Rochleah and a Kabbalist rabbi.

Ignoring Ita's cautions, Malki admits Rochleah to her institution for treatment, only to be confronted with the girl's bizarre behavior. Rochleah's actions lead Malki and Be'er to Yedida Shatz, who has recently vanished from her home.

Malki and Be'er's pursuit for Yedida takes them to Safed, where revelations from Shoshani unveil a disturbing truth about Yedida Shatz, intricately connected to Be'er.

Shmuel Moshe Kalman's harassment of Malki threatens her place within the community. Nechami's troubling behavior prompts Be'er to step in. Her actions evoke memories of Be'er's tragic past with Yedida, leading to a fateful encounter.
