Set not far into the future, dazzling technology that runs the world turns against humanity at Zero Hour; scattered survivors regroup and unite to fight back against robots controlled by a powerful AI. Ron Howard is attached to direct the pilot; Akiva Goldsman will write the pilot and showrun; Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment executive produces.
