Lukyn, a fearless young man from a Czech village, decides to change his life and save his dying marriage. He enters an amateur band competition in which the main prize is a motorbike. He believes he will win and everything will change, because his wife will finally understand what a great man she has. The perfect plan! Never mind that Lukyn has no band and can't play anything. The important thing is that he has enough good friends in Certice and they will support him.

Lukyn is preparing for Agrometal's last performance at the birthday of the butcher Kotleta, but fate wants it differently. The band has to continue selling cosmetics on the Republic tour, Lukyn's wife commits infidelity, Eskobar's entire crop is destroyed, and Pants Revival declares war on Agrometal. Everyone is in danger.

Lukyn benefits from the duel of advertising managers, because he gets that coveted motorbike. But he is not happy about winning, his band has broken up, his wife is about to divorce him and his swimming pool is full of faeces. And to top it all off, the real Kabáti have arrived in neighbouring Bučice.
