With the growth of social media, such as Snapchat and Instagram, and after all the #MeToo news, the unwanted dick pic has become an indispensable part of society. Jurre and Dzifa measure the average opinion on the street and delve into history. They also subject themselves to science by investigating how we react when we are presented with a dick pic. In addition to the unwanted dick pic, there is also the desired dick pic. Jurre and Dzifa are looking for The Perfect Pole!

Jurre and Dzifa delve deeper into the brain; they enter an MRI scanner to find out what happens in the brain when they see sexy photos. Does this work differently for men than for women? Furthermore, Jurre questions the straight man at a football club and Dzifa gossips wildly at a girls' night. The evening ends together on the Reguliersdwarsstraat in Amsterdam; there they ask the gay community what they think of Het Perfecte Paaltje.

Dzifa and Jurre investigate whether the dickpic can perhaps be explained evolutionarily and visit our closest relatives: the chimpanzee. In a café they welcome a group of speed daters to scientifically test their ability to judge attraction. The cock gallery of the Perfect Paaltje also settles down with a group of nude painters.

Dzifa and Jurre look to the future; where is the dick pic going and what should we do with it? During a lesson in 'first aid for unwanted dick pics', different generations of students are brought together. Dzifa and Jurre also try to contact a number of dick pic senders from their own DM inbox. And it's time for the grand finale of Het Perfecte Paaltje!
