Emma moves with her family to Suomenlinna, and a fresh start seems to lie ahead. In reality, though, Emma is fleeing a tragedy that destroyed her career and put her life in danger.

Emma fears that Iiro has come to the island to seek revenge on her. Roosa, however, believes that they can heal him.

Emma thinks she is finally rid of Iiro and can now focus on her budding healing abilities. But the nightmare is not over yet.

Emma tries to distance herself from Roosa and mend her relationship with Johannes. Meanwhile, the killer is still at large.

When all is lost, only the truth remains.
