Maya, a Gen Z UX designer, joins Thoda Sukoon — a mental health startup with strict office hours, long workdays, and zero breathing space. Expecting flexibility and support, she instead finds herself caught in a whirlwind of deadlines and old-school hustle. As pressure mounts ahead of a major product launch and funding round, Maya connects with her burnt-out teammates. But when it comes to challenging the system, who’s willing to speak up?

Tight deadlines. Zero chill. And one very fed-up Maya. Maya’s ideas get ghosted, her dedication is under the scanner, and the team? Busy minding their own burnout. Just when she finds a bit of empathy, things spiral again. Sleep is a myth, pressure is real, and Maya’s had enough.

Maya’s impulsive decision leaves her awkward around Chirag, who doesn’t miss a chance to tease her. As they open up about their generational views on work and life, Maya reaffirms her belief in mental health and Thoda Sukoon’s mission. But just as things start looking up, a bold move in a high-stakes meeting sparks serious tension with the higher-ups. Can Maya recover when her values put her at odds with the very system she’s trying to change?

While the team scrambles to fix minor app bugs, the real issues at Thoda Sukoon are swept under the rug — until it all explodes. An employee collapses from overwork, triggering a full-blown social media backlash. As tensions rise, Maya and Chirag are forced to face unresolved conflict, and the team must ask: how far is too far? Can this crisis spark real change in a toxic work culture, or is it already too late?

In the aftermath of Riddhi's collapse, Zooni spearheads a desperate negotiation for better working conditions. As a seemingly balanced work environment emerges, the team struggles to deliver, and blurred lines between professional and personal lives begin to fray. Are these simply growing pains for Thoda Sukoon, or are fresh, explosive complications on the horizon?
