In 2005, Gordon Ramsay created the ultimate competition that set the culinary world on fire. For over two decades, the flame of Hell's Kitchen has burned dishing out drama, emotion and conflict. The show's unique challenges pushed chefs to their limits and his grueling curriculum made sure the cream rose to the top. The chefs get a glimpse of college life and compete in a beer pong-themed challenge to decide who can best pair alcohol with their protein.

Tensions begin to rise on both the red and blue teams as personal relationships start to fracture. After a high-speed Protein Relay challenge, one team revels in victory while the other pays the price, and a shaky dinner service costs one chef their spot in the competition.

The chefs put their pizza making abilities to the test as they aim to win some well-deserved R&R.
