Especially for Halloween, Philippe Geubels and Jeroom Snelders return with a spine-chilling LOL special. Ten well-known faces compete against each other in teams of two, with the ultimate challenge: keeping a straight face for four hours. But this time, it’s not just about suppressing laughter—scaring is forbidden too.

When the lights suddenly go out, panic sets in. In complete darkness, the contestants are harassed by a mysterious creature that wants to scare everyone. As the pressure mounts, teams come dangerously close to elimination. In the chaos, Pieter and Bram reveal a surprisingly thrilling side of themselves that no one saw coming.

The first team has to leave the LOL house. Meanwhile, another duo falls victim to their own trap. Then comes the biggest surprise yet: the Netherlands' most famous illusionist, Victor Mids, makes his entrance—and suddenly it becomes almost impossible to keep a straight face. More and more duos have lost their lives, and only one team hasn't been startled or laughed yet.

It is the final hour of the LOL Halloween Special, and the battle for victory is reaching a boiling point. For the remaining contestants, it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep their facial expressions under control. And then an old acquaintance and winner of LOL 4 unexpectedly returns and sets the tone for a spectacular and unforgettable finale.
