The story follows a tragic sequence of events that begins when Yusuf, a successful lawyer, loses his infant child due to a mistake. In the aftermath, Yusuf experiences an internal collapse, burdened by profound remorse and guilt, while his wife, Ayşe, falls into a deep depression—pushing their marriage to the brink of a major crisis. The film explores the weight of conscience by drawing a metaphorical parallel between the tragic fate of the deceased infant and a "dead bee," which serves as a symbol for lost innocence and inner suffering.
