Belgians are born with a brick in their stomachs, the construction fair is our national celebration, and DIY is practically the Belgian national pastime. Andy Peelman and his wife Tine are also pursuing the quintessential Belgian dream: building their own home. But a dream house costs not only a full savings account but also liters of blood, sweat, and tears.
