McLennan has found a cure for McCartney's debilitating lactose intolerance. To celebrate, McLennan makes a cheese feast stuffed with dairy loaded puns and delusion; afflictions that, unfortunately, have no known cure.

McCartney and McLennan subject themselves, and a very special guest, to the latest diet torture regimes; paleo, raw food and the 5:2 diet. But which of the trio will discover the bikini body lurking deep inside?

In the final episode, the Kates fulfil the dual directive of solving climate change and celebrating the end of the series by making a memory-filled Bubble'n'Squeak using leftovers from Series 2.
