We're back! Tim shares about his recent injury and his recent cravings for seafood! Head to Louisville, KY to River House Restaurant and Raw Bar for a classic cocktail and meal of Grouper Cheeks & Shrimp with Crab Risotto and Smoked Shrimp Vinaigrette. Then it's back to the kitchen to dry some fruit for a homemade trail mix, listen to a story by Byron Crawford, some music from The Moron Brothers - Bluegrass and even a visit with the puppy, Murphy!

We're back in the kitchen today with loads of goodies! Start off with a simple and delicious Mushroom Rice that was Nicki's Grandmother Kalekorinos' recipe to go with any main dish. Tim take's some local rabbit to cook up with a creamy mustard sauce that will have you drooling. Even take that leftover rabbit, turkey, duck, whatever you have, for a delicious Hunter's Stew that is stick-to-your-ribs delicious!

We're outside Cowboy Cooking today! Check out Tim's newest gear from Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop while he makes a delicious Turkey and Beans Dish with Tomatoes and Asparagus inspired by The Governor's Mansion. Smoke some cheese, meat, nuts and deviled eggs in the cold smoker and meet a "scary monster" on the farm. Listen to some music from The Moron Brothers - Bluegrass to finish the night!

We've got new baby lambs! Watch the new lambs jump and play as we move them out to the pasture. Then head to Good Foods Co-op in Lexington to get all of our ingredients from local producers. Nicki makes her spinach and artichoke "Disco Dip" and Tim makes spaghetti squash 2 ways (marinara and cheesy bacon spinach). End the night with a tasty non-alcoholic mocktail with our favorite soda, Ale-8-One.

We've got 3 more baby lambs! We let them free to roam with the rest of the flock (and other 4 babies!) Visit with Moses and Maggie, check on the bees and start some training with Murphy! Craving some seafood? Try some delicious steamed Oysters Rockefeller with spinach, garlic, cheese and more! Then make a classic, Shrimp Souffle that will have you cleaning your plate and asking for seconds!

It's all about pork! Make a quick and delicious marinade for some pork chops grilled over the fire (with a side of Tim's baked beans and fried potatoes and onions!) Then it's back to the cabin to learn how to make homemade bologna in your own kitchen! Turn your leftovers into Grandma Nicki's bologna spread for a great party dish people will keep coming back for! And it's not complete without some music from The Moron Brothers!

Tim shows you how to take an inexpensive cut of meat (sirloin roast) and turn it into delicious prime rib! Take your leftover mashed potatoes and turn them into cheesy fried potato pancakes with a side of Brussel Sprouts with bacon, slivered almonds and water chestnuts for the perfect meal. Even head outside to check in with Murphy, watch the bees packing in pollen, check the baby lamb's leg and look at the progress they have made cutting down ash trees.
