2225년 파일럿 양성소 리베 델타가 습격을 당해 게둘트 바다에 돌입하게 된다. 리베 델타가 파괴되어 모두의 목숨이 위협받고 있던 그때, 리베 델타 내부에 숨겨져 있던 리바이어스가 기동하고 모두 그 안으로 대피한다.

리베 델타 정거장의 상태가 더욱 악화되면서 파괴자들의 의도가 보이기 시작한다. 역에 있는 모든 사람들을 구하기 위해 Zwei는 모든 사람들을 Rever로 대피시키고 게둘트에서 발사할 준비를 합니다. 그러나 제 시간에 발사를 준비하기 위해 나머지 교사들은 속도를 낮추기 위해 스테이션의 남은 부분을 제거합니다. 한편, 코우지와 이쿠미는 패닉으로 부상당한 파이나를 안고 리버에게 달려가고 있다. 그들은 교사가 정화를 수행하면서 시간을 되돌려 그 과정에서 자신을 희생합니다.
