Last year in Ebb and Flow, we discussed with some of the game creators who are behind Japan's recently acclaimed games on their views on the state of the industry. This year, for the 20th anniversary of the Dreamcast, we decided to engage in another set of conversations; this time with the game creators behind some of the console's most iconic titles.
