Ghost 1화

In his long-term observation, the documentary filmmaker Aljoscha Pause accompanies Roland Meyer de Voltaire in his uncompromising attempt to realize his dream of music, and asks the central questions of success and failure. In December 2005, the legendary music magazine Rolling Stone declared the highly talented musician and front man Roland Meyer de Voltaire and his band Voltaire, next to the Arctic Monkeys, the “most beautiful prospect of 2006”. More advance praise followed, a big record deal with Universal and, in the end, a terrific failure. The head of the band suffers financial and mental shipwreck and is left with nothing.
