Expensive ham doesn't get more expensive than genuine Iberico ham. A leg of Iberico ham can cost as much as $1,500 a pop, is aged for three years and is the product of exclusively acorn-fed pigs. Carving Iberico ham is truly an art form and we challenged Molly Baz to learn how to do it, with the help of Jaume Guerra from Despaña (@despananyc).

Molly Baz, the pro chef who has mastered pancake art, survival cooking and the craft of carving Iberico ham, has her work cut out for her this time. We challenged her to learn how to make a raindrop cake, the Japanese, internet-famous, not-really-a-cake cake. Will this challenge be a... piece of cake for her?

Molly Baz is joined by internet sensation Tuna (her dog) to learn how to make dog food from scratch. Can she master dog food? And more importantly, would you eat dog food that Molly Baz made?

Molly Baz is no novice when it comes to making fresh pasta. In fact, recently she's become the 'pasta girl' in the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen (her words). So what happens when we try to push her past her pasta-making comfort zone and challenge her to make some seriously complicated pasta shapes?

Molly heads to iconic caviar distributor and restaurant Petrossian Boutique & Cafe to taste this most decadent of delectables and develop delicious dishes on which to dine featuring, of course, caviar, that delicacy from down under the depths of the sea.

Get your hacksaws ready (but not actually -- leave it to the pros), because we challenged Molly Baz to master whole animal butchery. In this episode, she was under the tutelage of her dear friend Lena Diaz, a butcher at the Greene Grape, who showed her the ins and outs (literally) of a pig, from the Boston Butt to the leaf lard.
