Our Time Has Come

Croatian

Socialist Croatia, 1950. The residents of a small Istrian village marked by local superstitions and the horrors of war, try to adapt to living in the recently formed state of Yugoslavia after spending decades under Italian rule. However, many locals are unsure of the political trajectory of the new, recently established goverment and start leaving their homes, searching for a better life abroad. However, two best friends, Bepo and Mirko, imbued by the recent reports of supernatural activity in the area, decide to stay in the village and protect their home from the clutches of black magic.
