Albin refuses to talk to his father, so Anita takes matters into her own hands. At the same time, Albin bumps into his former friend Chippen. Cissi unexpectedly shows up in town and Albin is almost exposed when he drags her to a black club.

A year earlier. Albin and Chippen live together and both have acting dreams. They work together at the hospital as a well-oiled make-believe patient duo. The chip falls flat for a girl, but when Albin comes along as "wing man", nothing goes as planned.

Albin wakes up in the hospital, with Anita and Felix by his side. The doctor Zoya tells about a feared brain tumor and there will be emergency surgery. Felix meets Cissi and tells her about the situation. Gunnar drives Albin home, maybe they can get closer?

The cancer treatment continues, but Albin does not want to join Yvonne's support group. Cissi shows up unexpectedly on Albin's birthday and Albin flees to the forest but is finally picked up by Gunnar. They go to Gunnar's house and finally talk to each other.

Albin saves the "fake patient program", thanks to his believable acting. Albin, who begins to prepare for the worst, meets Chippen at a bar, but the atmosphere is chilly. Reality and fantasy begin to flow together, what is real, really?

Albin takes another test for the TV series in Stockholm and is asked to fill in a health declaration. Should he be honest for once or should he continue to lie? He meets Anita in Umeå, but forgiveness is far from over.
