As Farah begins caring for Anom, she discovers that her employer is frequently frightened by visions of an unfamiliar woman. Despite these episodes, Anom treats Farah kindly and gradually shares fragments of her troubled past. However, Farah fails to notice that Anom has skipped her medication, triggering a serious psychological episode. The following morning, Dr. Nadeem angrily blames Farah for her negligence, making her increasingly aware of the difficulties and responsibilities surrounding Anom’s condition.

Despite Dr. Nadeem’s harsh criticism, Farah continues working as Anom’s caretaker because she urgently needs the money. She grows increasingly sympathetic toward Anom, whose gentle personality contrasts with her disturbing experiences. Although Anom now takes her medication regularly, she continues encountering a mysterious woman who appears to haunt her. Anom also struggles to recall these encounters after waking, leaving Farah questioning whether the frightening incidents are symptoms of illness or signs of something unexplained.

Anom discovers an ultrasound photograph hidden among Dr. Nadeem’s belongings, leading her to suspect that she may have been pregnant in the past. When she shares her discovery with Farah, the caretaker hesitates to believe her because Dr. Nadeem has repeatedly warned her against trusting Anom’s recollections. Meanwhile, unsettling noises emerge from the attic, including rattling chains and a woman’s voice. These mysterious disturbances deepen Anom’s anxiety and raise troubling questions about what her husband might be concealing.

Unable to ignore the strange sounds coming from the attic, Anom decides to investigate the room herself. While Farah is preparing food downstairs, she hears Anom screaming and immediately rushes upstairs. Farah is stunned when Anom claims to have released a woman who was chained inside the attic. Anom identifies the mysterious woman as Mona, her own elder sister. This revelation transforms Farah’s understanding of the household and introduces the possibility that the mysterious presence might be connected to Anom’s forgotten childhood.

Farah becomes increasingly suspicious of Anom’s treatment and secretly asks Ikmal, a former university acquaintance working at a private hospital, to examine a sample of her medication. Ikmal agrees to investigate, already doubtful about the strange incidents involving Anom and Dr. Nadeem. Meanwhile, Farah remains uncertain whether Mona genuinely exists or is a product of Anom’s imagination. Her doubts intensify when Anom seemingly introduces Mona to her, making the boundary between reality and illusion more difficult to distinguish.

Mona begins speaking to Farah about her painful childhood with Anom and warns her not to reveal their encounter to anyone. Meanwhile, Ikmal discovers that Anom’s medication contains unusually high doses and fears Farah may be in danger. As Farah pieces together the contradictions surrounding Mona, she reaches a shocking conclusion: the woman she encountered is actually another identity of Anom herself. Farah realizes that Anom is experiencing dissociative identity disorder, dramatically changing her understanding of the apparent haunting.

Farah asks Ikmal to investigate Dr. Nadeem’s supposed medical practice and discovers a web of deception surrounding Anom’s treatment. The truth emerges that Mona died during childhood and that Anom developed another identity after enduring severe trauma. Further revelations expose Nadeem’s real identity and the couple’s disturbing history. When Nadeem threatens Farah, Anom intervenes, but her alternate identity subsequently places Farah in danger. The confrontation ends with police intervention and Anom receiving psychiatric care, bringing the season’s mystery to a tragic conclusion.
