A doutora Jane, uma famosa psiquiatra de Phuket, é acordada por Athin, seu marido, que acabara de voltar do exterior. No dia seguinte, Jane pede a Athin para deixar Patch e Ploy, seus filhos, na escola. Ela pega emprestado o lenço de Athin para trabalhar. Jane coloca aquele lenço em seu escritório e percebe uma mecha de cabelo loiro nele. Ela está confusa e chocada. Sua suspeita aumenta. Ela conversa com Aunna, sua boa vizinha, e com a Dra. Rose, sua melhor amiga. Ambos dizem que ela está sendo paranóica. Sabendo que Athin está mentindo, Jane contrata Toey para segui-lo. Toey rastreia Athin até um prédio de apartamentos, onde o vê com outra mulher que lhe dá um beijo de despedida antes de partir.

Tin percebe que Jane ainda suspeita dele. Ele garante a ela que não tem um caso e a beija. A Doutora Jane, a Doutora Rose e o Diretor Praphat visitam o Dr. Kirk, Diretor Assistente do Hospital PHC, que está de luto pela perda de seu parceiro. Toey sugere que Jane dê uma olhada na mochila de Tin no porta-malas de seu carro. Na festa de aniversário de Tin, Jane encontra seu segundo telefone. O papel de parede desse telefone é uma foto dele e de outra mulher, Kate, Lady Mintra e filha de Than Booya. Jane fica chocada. Ela também encontra uma foto de grupo de Tin, Kate, Doutora Rose, Aunna, Chach e June e percebe que todos a traíram.

Kate descobre que está grávida. Ela quer fazer um aborto, mas a Dra. Rose a aconselha a consultar um psiquiatra. Doutora Jane e Kate ficam cara a cara pela primeira vez. Jane confronta Tin e pergunta se ele a está traindo. Tin responde ficando com raiva e tendo um ataque. Jane sabe tudo, mas ela só consegue manter a dor dentro de si. Tul, um famoso ator, tem uma sessão com a Dra. Jane. Bons sentimentos começam a crescer em seu coração. Kate vai a uma clínica de aborto com sua amiga íntima, Non. Athin descobre por Rose e corre para impedi-la. Ao ver Athin, Kate muda de ideia e fica com o bebê.

A doutora Jane consulta um advogado em preparação para pedir o divórcio. Tul e Jane têm a oportunidade de se conhecer em um bar. Porém, alguém tira uma foto deles e posta, causando uma grande onda de boatos. Patch briga com Mark, um colega de escola, depois que Mark fala mal de Jane após os rumores. A doutora Jane quer o registro financeiro de Athin e contata Chach, que supervisiona sua contabilidade. Chach conhece a Dra. Jane e lhe faz uma oferta.

Ploy sofre um ataque de asma. Patch tenta chegar a Athin, mas não consegue. Athin está com Kate quando descobre que sua filha está doente. Ele deixa Kate e vai para casa, fazendo com que Kate se sinta negligenciada e com seu bebê. Lady Mintra planeja apresentar Kate a Pita, um jovem e apaixonado empresário. A família de Jane encontra a família de Kate com Pita em um restaurante. Jane percebe como Athin está visivelmente chateado com Kate e Pita. Jane então visita Soison, a mãe de Athin, e diz que está determinada a se divorciar. Uma grande discussão se inicia e alerta os cuidadores. Athin e Kate brigam. Eles finalmente se separam.

Soison morre no meio da noite com um grande frasco de comprimidos para dormir ao seu lado. Jane e Athin voltam para casa e contam aos filhos sobre o falecimento da avó. A morte de Soison faz com que Jane mude de ideia sobre o divórcio. Aunna e Chach veem Athin e Kate se beijando em um carro no funeral de Soison. Eles se reconciliam. Athin marca um encontro com um advogado. Jane é confrontada por Dan, que a chantageia. No dia seguinte, a plataforma social do hospital se enche de acusações contra ela, gerando polêmica. O Diretor a convoca para uma reunião urgente, onde ela descobre que agora é suspeita da morte de Soison.

Doctor Jane becomes a suspect in her mother-in-law's death and gets suspended from work. Apart from that, she also faces accusations on the hospital's social media platform, further increasing negativity. Saifah informs Jane that Doctor Rose is the one who told the police about the sleeping pills that made Jane a suspect. Jane confronts Rose and tells her they were actually Doctor Kirk's sleeping pills. Though free of suspicion, Jane is still dealing with negative comments. Jane finds out that Aunna is the one behind everything.

Kate attends Lady Mintra's birthday party with Pita. She decides to start taking action. Kate provokes Athin and tells him to choose between her and Doctor Jane. Now facing a dead end, Athin becomes stressed. That night, Doctor Jane tells him that Kate once asked her about abortion. Athin is shocked to find out Jane knows, but he has to pretend. Doctor Jane finally sees the painful image of Athin together with Kate. She decides to leave Krabi. Patch and Ploy rush to the rooftop to tell their dad that their mom has gone, only to see the same thing their mom saw.

Doctor Jane goes back to her hometown. She tells Doctor Kirk and Aunt Nat everything. They both tell her to get a divorce. Kate visits Athin at his home. Ploy overhears them and thinks her mother has come home. She goes downstairs only to see Kate instead of her mother. Doctor Jane decides to let everything go and drowns herself in the sea. Tul goes looking for Jane and sees her shoes left on the beach. He jumps into the water, hoping to save her. However, Doctor Jane decides to go home and apologizes to her family for causing trouble. Athin becomes suspicious upon seeing Jane's total turnaround.

Doctor Jane brings Athin to have dinner at Than Booya's house. Everything is going exactly as Jane plans. At that dinner, Jane decides to reveal everything about Athin and Kate to Lady Mintra and Than Boonya. They are both shocked to hear it. Once the chaos calms down, Athin follows Jane outside, where she reveals to him that she slept with Chach. Athin chooses to leave with Kate. Athin blackmails Doctor Jane with the fact she lost control and gathers his evidence against her in court. Jane takes her children away, but they choose their dad over her. Thinking she had hurt their children, Athin loses control and attacks Jane, causing her to bleed.

Two years later, Doctor Jane's life is once again peaceful. Her relationship with Tul is progressing. Patch and Ploy come home to see an envelope with their names. Doctor Jane opens it to find that it's an invitation from Athin and his new family. Athin comes to school to surprise Patch and Ploy. Both kids act awkwardly upon reuniting with their dad since they still remember what happened. Athin sincerely apologizes to his children and asks for another chance. They both start to open up to their dad once again. However, once Ploy meets Lily, Athin and Kate's daughter, she becomes rebellious and upset. Athin provokes Jane, prompting her to rush to the party to take her kids home. Everyone there sees Jane as some weird freak. Jane looks for her children all over the house and ends up in Athin and Kate's bedroom. She explores their bedroom and notices that the content of Kate's bedroom is similar to hers.

Doctor Jane gets angry at Patch for breaking his promise. Patch tries to explain, but Jane grounds him for a week. Patch gets upset. Meanwhile, Ploy feels neglected by her dad, who prioritizes Lily. At school, Ploy starts a strange behavior while Patch gains attention thanks to Athin's fame. Patch and Nana's childhood romance starts building up. While Patch hangs out with Nana, he realizes he forgot Ploy at school. Doctor Jane is fuming and will not listen to any excuse Patch makes. Patch decides to move in with him. Doctor Jane regrets her actions and tries to apologize to Patch, who ignores her plea.

Doctor Jane meets Toey again. Kate and her mother try to defame Doctor Jane's good name. But Doctor Jane manages to pull herself together. Both of Doctor Jane's children start to rebel due to their family problems. Athin hatches a plan to give payback to Chach.

Aunna ends her relationship with Chach. Patch comes home late and upsets Kate. An argument ensues between them. Kate criticizes Doctor Jane harshly and hugely offends Patch. He replies with some harsh words. Having heard what Patch says, Athin slaps him. Tul saves Patch from getting assaulted by a group of teenagers. Doctor Jane is shocked and upset that Patch chooses to see a doctor over talking to her. Jane and Athin reignite their feelings for each other, resulting in an intimate encounter.

Athin finds out about Ploy's stealing tendencies. He criticizes Doctor Jane heavily for not raising their kids properly. Patch went overboard in his relationship with Nana. Doctor Jane talks to Patch about what had happened, but Patch gets upset at his mom for interfering and tells her she has no right to teach him morals. Kate kicks Patch out of the house, thinking he attacked Lily. Athin asks Patch to stay with his mom for a while. Patch refuses, and Athin pushes him down to the ground. At that moment, Doctor Jane arrives and argues with Kate and Athin. Doctor Jane has a heart-to-heart with her son, Patch, who reveals everything. Jane decides to quit her job and leaves town for the sake of Patch and Ploy.

Kate visits Doctor Jane at a hotel. She is shocked to find her parents there with Doctor Jane. Doctor Jane intends to reveal her affair with Athin, but Kate interrupts her by saying she already knows. Athin reluctantly confesses and explains that everything is part of Jane's scheme, and he just fell for her trick. Jane says Kate is living Jane's younger life. Athin comes home to see a moving service team carrying his stuff outside. Kate decides to end her relationship with Athin, leaving him with nothing. Athin decides to say his final farewell to the kids. Patch gets angry at his Dad for hurting his and his sister's feelings. Jane says her final farewell to Athin.
