Threatened with an F if he fails his politics class, Vinnie stands for school president — and wins. But can he rally the students when unscrupulous developers plot to demolish the school and replace it with a luxury hotel?

When the students' parents are invited to the school's talent show, Frankentyke, embarrassed by the fact that his father is a human, builds a pseudo dad — who turns out to be even more embarrassing than the real one.

Misunderstandings abound when the class mistakenly believe that Max Schneider is taking a post at another — human — school.

When Max is sued for $1 million by a habitual 'staged crash' perpetrator, it's up to Reggie and Frankentyke to try to save the day.
