Heston's first mission is giving hospital food at NHS Alder Hey Children's Hospital a nutritious makeover on a not-so-healthy budget.

Heston Blumenthal mission this time is to transform the food at one of the UK's biggest cinema chains, Cineworld.

Heston's mission is to revolutionise British Airways airline food, but with no kitchen, no pans, no sharp knives and no naked flames, Heston realises that cooking gourmet food in a metal tube at 37,000 ft is no mean feat.
