After destroying the Bavarian Illuminati, the Symphogear wielders head to the poles, to recover a powerful precursor artifact. But the artifact isn't as dead as it appears...

After the disastrous battle at the pole, the team regroups in Tokyo. Tsubasa prepares for her comeback concert, but the enemy has plans for it...

The Japanese government has temporarily shut down SONG, and the wielders are put on a short break. But the enemy uses this time to strike...

Miku is gone, and so is Elfnein. The enemy has taken them, and it's up to the Symphogear wielders to get them back.

Elfnein is trapped in the remains of the Chateau, with Noble Red after her life. But she gets unexpected and powerful help...

Carol, reawakened from her slumber within Elfnein, unleashes her wrath on Noble Red.

SONG launches a raid on the Kazanari mansion to get back Tsubasa and stop her grandfather. But the old man is surprisingly powerful...

The elder Kazanari's meddling has awakened Shem-ha, the powerful Goddess from the depths of time. The Symphogears must stop her before she remakes the Earth in her own image.

The Symphogears travel to the moon and discover the terrible truth about the creation of the curse: It wasn't a way to harm humanity, but a way to keep it alive.

Despite Elfnein and Carol's attempt to stop her, Shem-Ha begins using the world's computer networks to have Yggdrasil cover the entire globe in a barrier. Back on the moon, Hibiki and Chris face off against Vanessa, ultimately saving her and the others from being sucked into space. However, Shem-Ha takes control of Vanessa and uses her to install a virus in the Marduk's network in order to destroy it, forcing Noble Red to use the last of their strength to send the wielders back to Earth, resulting in their deaths similar to how Saint-Germain and her friends risked their lives to save the others. With humanity working together to hold back Shem-Ha's hacking attempt, the wielders activate their X-Drive in preparation for their final battle against Shem-Ha.

As Shem-Ha brings out her final form to fight the wielders, Carol burns up her memories to protect them from Shem-Ha's attack. Shem-Ha then begins using her bio-terminal network to take control of all of humanity, but Hibiki, fueled by determination to save Miku, manages to disrupt Shem-Ha's power and finally drive her out of Miku's body. With Yggdrasil still active, Miku dons the Shénshòujìng Faust Robe and joins the others in a united Superb Song, allowing them to simultaneously destroy all the Yggdrasil cores around the world. With the world restored to normal, Hibiki and Miku tell each other their true feelings.
