The secret of Jeman sado has been known, apparently he is no longer circumcised. The opening of Dr Nur's clinic makes Midon challenged because Dr Nur will confiscate his customers.
Tok Mudim and Mustafa were kicked while circumcising the stubborn boy. After leaving the hospital, Tok Mudim came for the second time to be circumcised but this time, he was spat. Tok Mudim sulked and went home.
Mudim wanted to meet a boy who was said to be bentan after circumcision but was stopped by his father. The boy finally admitted that he had violated the taboo and caused a concussion.
Midun is not easily influenced by the tricks of Long Selar who invited him to join the get rich quick scheme.
Mustafa fights with Midun and feels he is more deserving of replacing his father, and not Midun.
