Ten of the Philippines' funniest comedians enter the LOL Terminal. The moment our host Vice Ganda hits the green button, it's game on. Everyone comes in locked and loaded. Long makes his move early, but the rest quickly gang up on him. Then Vice Ganda's finger finds the red button too fast. Is it a smile? Is it laughter? Who is it?

The competition heats up as the comedians go all out, unleashing outrageous characters, wild improvisations, and non-stop bits, all while desperately trying to keep a straight face. Ooopps, did someone crack a smile? Everyone braces themselves for the first ever elimination this season.
