Chet heads to the southern end of South Austin. He races around the track at Circuit of the Americas, the only F1 course in the US. He swims at McKinney Falls State Park and learns the art of Texas whiskey at Still Austin. He eats burgers and fried chicken at a food truck park and finishes the day with a Michelin-starred steak at a BBQ joint.

Chet visits this US-Mexico border town that dates back to 1765. He explores its landmark downtown and sips agave spirits in an old general store. He goes birding with local experts on the river and at Falcon State Park. He also eats amazing Mexican food and cabrito.

Chet trips to the “Cowboy Hat Capital of Texas” and gets a tour of the iconic Stetson factory. He explores the downtown, eating Connecticut-style pizza and shopping for vintage guitars. He hits the trails at an urban mountain biking course and eats authentic Vietnamese food on the “Pho Real Trail.”

Chet hits the beach during the cold months to explore the town’s rich history.  He eats local oysters at one of the oldest restaurants in Texas. He hunts down elusive birds at Galveston State Park and eats a muffaleta at a famous spice company.  He then checks into the island's iconic (and haunted) Hotel Galvez.
