After a long winter, the family sees a brightening as spring comes. A slot journalist comes to visit to give tips and advice. Marble for bathrooms should be ordered and in the middle of it all Nils is seven years old and a children's party at the castle must be prepared.

Agnes and Stefan receive a letter from the municipality turning their downside on their renovation plans. To clear out the cash, they put out the castle for rent - and get a pacifier. But where will the guests sleep? Now the bedrooms must be furnished and toilets arranged.

The renovation continues and the stress subsides. Agnes wants a clear bathroom and toilet with the theme of Moulin Rouge when she booked a SPA night with her girl friends. Stefan takes time off from the renovation and goes to the big city for a kid's evening.

There are only a few days left until the first guests arrive. Agnes and Stefan decide that all gunpowder should be put on the entrance with new discounts and a new balcony railing. But time is scarce and the stress evident.

The couple exhale after the successful rentals. But they'll soon have another challenge to bite into when the beach turns into Miami Beach. But as the preparations begin, they discover that the castle's previous owner used the lake as a dump.
