Ian returns to one of his all-time favorite formulas -- a low center-of-gravity Jeep TJ built to conquer big terrain without a towering lift. He starts fabricating the custom roll cage and upgrading some things under the hood.

Ian takes you through every step of the wiring process, from choosing the right harness and finding existing wires to tap into, to selecting the proper connectors for a clean, reliable installation.

Ian tackles some of the design issues on his FJ45 project, making the necessary changes to get the build back on track. With a redesigned exhaust system and upgraded brakes, the FJ45 is ready to start moving forward again.

We finish the legendary Rimrocker Trail and roll into Moab, Utah. But the adventure is just getting started as we tackle the obstacles of Behind the Rocks, then cap it all off with one of the most breathtaking trails in the country, Top of the World.

After coming down from Top of the World, the team takes on one of Moab's most iconic trails, Hell's Revenge. With dramatic drop-offs, steep climbs and the infamous Hell's Gate, this trail puts both the rigs and drivers to the ultimate test.
