In celebration of the Chamber of Secrets, hosts James and Oliver Phelps ask the baking teams to bring the Basilisk, Moaning Myrtle, a Howler, and Hermione as a cat to life using cake, sugar, and chocolate. Like the chamber itself, the cakes must reveal something from within. The showpieces are presented to judges Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain in the iconic Chamber of Secrets, and the results shake up the leader board in dramatic fashion.

It's the final challenge of the tournament's first round, and all the teams feel the pressure as the first elimination looms. A beastly task lies ahead, as hosts James and Oliver Phelps ask the teams to recreate edible magical creatures, including a tasting element featuring ingredients that could be foraged in the Forbidden Forest. Ministers of Baking Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain travel to Hagrid's Hut to judge the showpieces, including a Mer Person, a Centaur, a Werewolf, and a Troll. In the end, the team with the lowest cumulative score leaves the competition.

The second round of the tournament kicks off with a fresh start, as the remaining three teams see the scoreboard wiped clean. Hosts James and Oliver Phelps challenge the teams to create showpieces inspired by legendary Professors of Defense Against the Dark Arts including Snape, Lockhart, Lupin, and Mad Eye Moody. Ministers of Baking Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain are joined by special guest judge Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto to grade the bakers' work in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom.

One team is desperate to rise from the ashes and move up the leaderboard as the tournament celebrates The Order of the Phoenix film. Hosts James and Oliver Phelps challenge the bakers to create cakes that feature tasting elements with 10 layers to echo the 10 floors of The Ministry of Magic, where judges Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain will preside.

The three remaining teams enter the penultimate episode where the pressure has never been higher. With the leaderboard close, only the top two showpieces in this Weasley-themed challenge will earn a place in the finale. Hosts James and Oliver Phelps turn up the degree of difficulty by requiring a multi-sensory tasting element inspired by the playful sweets found in Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. The cakes are delivered to The Burrow, where Ministers of Baking Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain decide which two teams advance to the finale.

In an epic final showdown, hosts James and Oliver Phelps challenge the teams to make their most ambitious showpieces yet, with double-sided cakes inspired by the theme of good vs. evil that runs throughout all the Harry Potter films. The showpieces are delivered to the Hogwarts Courtyard where Ministers of Baking Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain choose the champions of this special 25th anniversary tournament to win the Wizards of Baking Cup and a trip to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter in Tokyo, Japan.
