The participants must give their personal take on the berry-filled layer cake. The secret challenge requires both drawing skills, with colored dough, and high speed when the participants have to bake and roll the perfect berry roulades. In the Danger Zone, it's good to have experience and dexterity when the cream puff should hide a fresh berry.
